HOW TO USE IT
Make a change easy to review
Start with the existing estimate total. Enter the charge you intend to quote for additional labor, materials and other work, then subtract any credit for work removed. Keep every amount in the same currency and on the same tax basis.
The revised total is the original estimate plus additions minus the credit. Write a concrete scope note so the amount has context: what is included, what is removed and what is excluded. This sheet is a draft you can review before preparing an approved change order.
A WORKED EXAMPLE
1,200 + (3 × 60) + 95 + 25 − 50 gives a revised total of 1,450.
Tax, markup, contract terms and customer approval are not inferred or added.
